Terms of use
Contact:
1. The service
We provide a digital menu platform for cafés and restaurants: a menu that opens from a QR code, orders, a kitchen screen, analytics and your own website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your details, for keeping your password and keys private, and for everything done from your account and your staff's accounts.
- You must be at least 18, or act for a real business.
3. Your content
The menus, photos, texts and prices are yours. You give us a limited licence to store them, show them to your guests and run the service, nothing more. You promise you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, allergen and ingredient information you show.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal or misleading, to try to break into it or disrupt it, to reach other people's data, or to send spam.
5. Plans, payment and trial
- Every plan starts with a free trial as shown on the pricing page. After it ends, a subscription is needed to keep the paid features.
- A subscription renews automatically for the billing period you chose. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard and it stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Card payments are handled by an outside payment provider; we do not keep your card details. Other ways to pay (such as CliQ) may be arranged with our team.
- Prices may change; we will tell you before a change reaches your current subscription.
6. Your guests' orders and payments
The relationship with your guests and their payments is between you and them. We pass the order on as it arrives; we are not a party to your sale and we do not guarantee internet access or that WhatsApp messages arrive.
7. AI features
The AI features (reading a menu from a photo, descriptions, translation, the AI waiter) can make mistakes. Check the results before publishing them, especially prices and allergens.
8. Availability and backups
We work to keep the service available and take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. You can export your data at any time.
9. Suspension and ending
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard and your data is removed as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, with reasonable notice except in serious cases.
10. Limits of liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change we will tell you and may ask you to accept again; the version number is shown at the top.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the country of the service provider shown above. For questions, write to the email above.
